I love everything about this homestay especially the accommodation. The design very stylish. And we also can cook there. You feel like at home. The owner also very tolerant when we ask for a little time for our check-out timing. Easy to check in/out. So far, everything so great. Thanks 🙏

Very clean and spacious. The beds are comfy enough. Great water pressure with heater. Cool air conditioning. Quiet and peaceful. Amazing view. Short distance walk to suria mall and gaya street market. Nothing much. The air filter in the bathroom can be cleaned regularly to contain the smell from toilet.

Loved the space at Jesselton Citypad and would definitely recommend it. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to Suria Sabah Mall, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores on the ground floor, so everything we needed was nearby. The unit was very clean and well prepared when we arrived, with all the basic amenities provided, which made the stay comfortable for us. The space was just nice and felt well maintained. It would be even better if free parking was included, but it didn’t bother us much since parking nearby was easy to find and relatively cheap. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back again.

appartement precies zoals beschreven en op de foto's, alleen was netjes en schoon, top locaties, alles was te belopen, 5 minuten lopen naar de Jetty waar je kunt eilandhoppen, 20 minuten lopen naar de night narket, 10 minuten lopen naar Gaya street...kortom ideale locatie

We had an amazing stay at The Shore in Kota Kinabalu — absolutely 10/10. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. The view was beautiful, especially in the evening, and the space felt exactly like in the photos. The location is excellent — right in the city centre, close to the waterfront, night market, cafés, and shopping malls. It was very convenient to get around, whether walking or taking Grab. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, check-in was easy, and all instructions were clear. We really appreciated how well-organized everything was. Overall, this was one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in during our travels. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu!

The place was very comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped for a longer visit. Having a washing machine was very convenient. The location was excellent. A special mention to the host for their quick responses to my queries The cleanliness was poor upon arrival, but thankfully the apartment was equipped with cleaning tools
