appartement precies zoals beschreven en op de foto's, alleen was netjes en schoon, top locaties, alles was te belopen, 5 minuten lopen naar de Jetty waar je kunt eilandhoppen, 20 minuten lopen naar de night narket, 10 minuten lopen naar Gaya street...kortom ideale locatie

We had an amazing stay at The Shore in Kota Kinabalu — absolutely 10/10. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. The view was beautiful, especially in the evening, and the space felt exactly like in the photos. The location is excellent — right in the city centre, close to the waterfront, night market, cafés, and shopping malls. It was very convenient to get around, whether walking or taking Grab. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, check-in was easy, and all instructions were clear. We really appreciated how well-organized everything was. Overall, this was one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in during our travels. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu!

The place was very comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped for a longer visit. Having a washing machine was very convenient. The location was excellent. A special mention to the host for their quick responses to my queries The cleanliness was poor upon arrival, but thankfully the apartment was equipped with cleaning tools

Location and view definitely the best part of the stay So close to open space seafood stall Cleaner only clean those general surface or change cover of bed and pillow, but rack, and under bed floor so dirty

My family and i had a very pleasant time to stay in this apartment. It's a very nice apartment same as posted in the picture and it complete with all the things we need. Everything is Perfect!

I had a pleasant stay in the suite. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having Maggi and coffee prepared, it made the stay feel more welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely consider staying here again. The suite is conveniently located near many places such as restaurants, markets and malls, making it easy to stop by and get necessities or food anytime. However, the only thing that may ruin the mood is the waiting time for the lift, which can take up to at least half an hour. Despite having four lifts, it often feels like only one is operating. That said, this issue is beyond the host’s control and does not reflect their service. The host is very responsive, understanding and helpful, always quick to assist and ensure everything went smoothly.
