Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à The Shore à Kota Kinabalu — absolument 10/10. L'appartement était impeccable, moderne et très confortable, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un excellent séjour. La vue était magnifique, surtout le soir, et l'espace correspondait exactement aux photos. L'emplacement est excellent — en plein centre-ville, proche du front de mer, du marché de nuit, des cafés et des centres commerciaux. Il était très facile de se déplacer, que ce soit à pied ou en prenant un Grab. La communication avec l'hôte était fluide et rapide, l'enregistrement facile, et toutes les instructions étaient claires. Nous avons vraiment apprécié à quel point tout était bien organisé. Dans l'ensemble, c'est l'un des meilleurs appartements dans lesquels nous avons séjourné lors de nos voyages. Nous reviendrions ici sans hésiter et le recommandons vivement à toute personne visitant Kota Kinabalu ! We had an amazing stay at The Shore in Kota Kinabalu — absolutely 10/10. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. The view was beautiful, especially in the evening, and the space felt exactly like in the photos. The location is excellent — right in the city centre, close to the waterfront, night market, cafés, and shopping malls. It was very convenient to get around, whether walking or taking Grab. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, check-in was easy, and all instructions were clear. We really appreciated how well-organized everything was. Overall, this was one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in during our travels. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu!

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans la suite. Tout s'est déroulé sans accroc, de l'enregistrement au départ. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. J'ai vraiment apprécié la délicate attention d'avoir du Maggi et du café préparés, cela a rendu le séjour encore plus accueillant. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une expérience confortable et sans tracas. Je considérerais certainement de revenir ici. La suite est idéalement située à proximité de nombreux endroits comme des restaurants, des marchés et des centres commerciaux, ce qui permet de se procurer facilement des produits de première nécessité ou de la nourriture à tout moment. Cependant, le seul point qui pourrait gâcher l'ambiance est le temps d'attente pour l'ascenseur, qui peut aller jusqu'à une demi-heure. Malgré la présence de quatre ascenseurs, on a souvent l'impression qu'un seul fonctionne. Cela dit, ce problème est indépendant de la volonté de l'hôte et ne reflète en rien la qualité de son service. L'hôte est très réactif, compréhensif et serviable, toujours prêt à aider et à s'assurer que tout se passe bien. I had a pleasant stay in the suite. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having Maggi and coffee prepared, it made the stay feel more welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely consider staying here again. The suite is conveniently located near many places such as restaurants, markets and malls, making it easy to stop by and get necessities or food anytime. However, the only thing that may ruin the mood is the waiting time for the lift, which can take up to at least half an hour. Despite having four lifts, it often feels like only one is operating. That said, this issue is beyond the host’s control and does not reflect their service. The host is very responsive, understanding and helpful, always quick to assist and ensure everything went smoothly.
